Starting sports can seem daunting for many people. However, developing a sports habit doesn't have to be difficult. Here are three tips to help you build a consistent sports routine:

Instead of setting big goals, start with small, achievable steps. Begin by walking for 10-15 minutes a day. Gradually increase your time and intensity as you get more comfortable. Small steps can lead to bigger achievements over time.


2. Make Sports Fun

View sports as a fun activity, not a chore. Choose a sport you enjoy, exercise with a friend, or listen to music while you work out. Making sports fun will boost your motivation and help you stick to your routine.


3. Create a Regular Routine

One of the most effective ways to build a sports habit is by sticking to a regular routine. Set aside time each day or week for physical activity, and do it consistently.
